Job title: Wholesale Manager
What we expect from you
Job Description:
- In charge of daily operations to ensure seamless business operations.
- Oversees daily order processing, sales and profit targets. Maintains exceptional customer service, resolves customer complaints in line with company policies.
- Aims to maximize sales and minimize costs. Ensures accurate documentation of all orders and readiness for pickup.
- Manages inventory levels and places stock orders to maintain product availability.
- Generates weekly and monthly reports on sales, expenses and profitability.
- Implements sales promotions and discounts, in consultation with management, to boost sales. Prepares staff schedules, manages holidays and provides training to staff.
- Handles import and export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manages import and export procedures, including documentation, transportation and vehicle shipment. Maintains positive relationships with logistics partners, suppliers and manufacturers.
What you must possess
Person specification:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail industry required.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, proficient in using technology. Familiarity with finance, budgeting, and accounting practices.
- Expertise in inventory management and control.
- Proactive leadership style, ability to drive team to achieve results.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in Asian languages such as Urdu, Punjabi, and Mirpuri to communicate with customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Salary: £28,000.00 per year
